Suppose I kept on singing love songs just to break my own fall
So speak of the devil! My friend, Looker, sent those photos about 15 minutes after I posted that last blog entry. Woo! Now I can do yet ANOTHER fashion post where only a small percentage of the clothing is correctly identified and labeled.
What fun is shopping in SL if you can’t search around a bit, eh?
The photos were taken at one of my favorite indie clubs in SL – The Velvet. No, not the lesbian club, the indie rock club with an odd assortment of DJs and even odder assortment of ‘patrons.’
Oh! Looker has a blog here that you should check out. Also, his Flickr stream is amazing – you can really see his improvement as a photographer and photoshop editor over time.

I found these boots at ETD and fell in love with them. There’s just a good mixture of punk/hardness and Victorian elegance to their design. I can wear them with an outfit like this or perhaps with a really frilly and buttoned down dress as well. The jacket is of course Cubic Effect and I loves it to death. Perhaps my next favorite jacket is my duster-style trench, also from Cubic Effect.
So let’s see what I can remember about this outfit…
